A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Transformation Manager to work on a significant program of works.
You will provide end to end control and management of all Management of Change (MoC) resources. You will also be responsible for e2e planning, scheduling, resource allocation, dependency & risk management.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
ESSENTIAL:
- Principal/Managing Consultant level experience and deep understanding of MoC techniques and practices.
- At least 7 years' experience of significant business transformation programmes.
- Planning and budgeting skills.
- Deep understanding of impact and readiness processes, ability to design and deliver MoC techniques and practices to mitigate impact of change.
- Lead & manage a team of ~20 people.
