Transformation Manager

Transformation/Change Manager required for a contract position in the Hebrides, Isle of Benbecula for a leading Defence & Security company to ensure the successful and safe delivery of the Hebrides Transformation Programme to time, cost and quality.

The Weapons Division is a leading provider of independent evaluation and training services for weapon systems, ammunition and related technologies. It operate a number of MOD ranges, including the Hebrides Test and Evaluation Range, which enable military and other customers to have trials conducted in a safe environment. The Hebrides Range is going through a period of transition and investment to enable it to meet future customer needs and to ensure that people are developed to their full potential.

The ideal candidate will be a strong people person, with a successful track record in change management and leadership in a technical environment. The successful candidate will also have experience in project management and operational delivery. Strong influencing, written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to sustain a rational, compelling argument and present recommendations will be essential.

There is Military Accommodation on the Island or we could help arrange affordable accommodation. The contract will commence ASAP and the Contractor will be required to go through baseline security clearance. Ideally seeking a Scotland based individual.
