Transformation Lead

I am currently working with a large Public Sector client based in the Leeds area. The organisation requires an interim Transformation Lead to join their Adult Services team on an initial 3 month basis.

The successful Transformation Lead will be required to work at the initiation stages of the project and will develop an integrated model for Adult services eventually driving the project forward to the implementation phase and delivering the TOM.

Key skills-
*Excellent knowledge of Adult Services
*Strong Business Change background gained at strategic level within the Public Sector
*Worked with the Care Act and the Better Care Fund
*Has operated at Senior Level.
