An excellent opportunity for an experienced Transformation Communications Specialist to join a market leading Utilities organisation based in the prestigious Solihull Location.

Role: Transformation Communications Specialist
Duration: 6 months initially
Location: Solihull (Midlands)
London Rate: Competitive

Role Purpose:
Develop, implement and maintain the communication strategy and the day to day communication plans to all audiences for the clients transformation programme.

Accountabilities:
*Develop and implement and maintain a communication strategy and plan to support the business transformation.
*Identify resistance and work to develop and implement corrective actions.
*Create strong, ongoing internal customer relationships, becoming their trusted partner and advisor on communication issues.
*Track impact and success measures of efforts.
*Work with transformation team and key stakeholders to integrate change management and communication activities into the overall project plan.
Shared
*Consult with senior leaders and other internal clients to ensure the planning, development and execution of communication plans, are consistent with the client's overall communication strategy.
*Planning and implementing events for teams to attend that will help them better understand the changes
*Manage the evaluation of communication activities to measure effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
*Building proposals to implement new, innovative communications channels using a mix of tactics

Desirable experience:
*Demonstrable communication experience
*Proven ability to develop and implement a communication strategy
*Strong expertise in Powerpoint, Word and Excel
*Proven ability to develop and implement communication plans
*Knowledge and experience in copywriting, editing, print, video and web production for business communication
*Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
*Proven track record in development, implementation and maintenance of communications strategy
