Requirements

- Support organizational change management initiatives
- Develop awareness campaigns and documents to meet project objectives
- Create and edit awareness articles, in line with input from internal teams
- Control and measure results from campaigns
- Achieve target levels of awareness from campaign development to ensure successful impact

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience working in international teams
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent written and presentation skills in English
- Proven ability to manage remote relationships
- Ability to draft articles with a creative approach
