Transformation and Change Manager

Gazelle Global Consulting is looking for a Transformation and change Manager

This role is based in Saint-Josse-Ten-Noode in Belgium. You will work as a contractor during at least 12 months
Rate depending on you profile. You need to speak English, French and Dutch.

We are looking for a strong Program Manager to run the Transformation and Change Management Program linked to the Transformation of supplier IS4F/IBM

The objectives of the mission are:
1. Shape and review together with the supplier's Transformation Program Statement of Work
2. Manage the supplier in the execution of its Transformation Program
3. Co-ordinate Transformation activities
4. Ensure acceptance by the organisation and people through the execution of an appropriate Change Management Program

Profile:

You need to have between 9-15 years experience.
Strong Project Management skills
Proven track record in Change Management
Global knowledge of Infrastructure operations and Service Management
Interpersonal skills : team player, very good communication skills, open minded
