Transfer Pricing Manager

Transfer Pricing Manager - up to £400 per day

Our client is a global Pharmaceutical based in Brentford who are seeking an international Tax expert to join them as a Transfer Pricing Manager.

Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities:
Provide tax input into the global deployment of the Consumer Trading Partner. The CTP currently act as a central purchaser and supplier of finished products to European Consumer Companies. The plan is to expand the scope of the CTP to become global during 2013 and to implement a global Limited Risk Distribution ("LRD") model for Consumer Healthcare in c100 markets.

The key tax responsibilities associated with the global deployment will be:
- Assessment of conversion risk associated with proposed changes to trading arrangements on a country-by-country basis
- Quantification of any increase in customs duty
- Review proposed trading arrangements to ensure consistency with company's trading model
- Establishment of new legal agreement framework

Knowledge/Requirements:
- Supply chain transformation/transfer pricing experience or international tax experience either gained from working within a large accounting firm (ideally big 4) or through working in house already for at least five years.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently, build relationships, communicate and resolve issues.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills.
