Global banking organisation is seeking someone to assist them around transfer agency in a heavily telephone based role.
Within transfer agency the tasks will include- telephone dealing, providing a very good customer service to anyone who contacts the fund service centre, register amendments, payments distribution, fielding calls, emails and faxes from agents and investors, PEP and ISA correspondence.
This is a heavily telephone based role so please highlight in your CV and application where you have worked in roles of this nature previously.
