Transfer Agency Manager required for a leading Luxembourg Asset Manager. The Transfer Agency Manager must have a proven track record working in fund services, within Transfer Agency.
The Transfer Agency Manager must have experience in managing teams within a Transfer Agency department.
Minimum 5-10 years relevant experience in funds services, in Transfer Agency;
Experience in managing large teams within a Transfer Agency department is preferred;
Ability to work independently and deliver on assigned work within the timeframes allotted;
Ability to communicate efficiently with internal and external clients at all levels;
Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to meet deadlines and set clear priorities;
Highly committed to the maintenance and improvement of client satisfaction;
Strong focus on processes, internal operational procedures and controls and ability to assist senior management with internal/external audit and compliance issues;
