Transfer Agency Business Programme Manager

Transfer Agency Business Programme Manager urgently required for a leading Luxembourg based Investment Bank. The Transfer Agency Business Programme Manager must have a proven track record of Large Transfer Agency migrations, preferably involving UCITS funds.

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications (For the role - not the role holder.
- Minimum requirements of the role.)
- Proven track record that can be demonstrated in management of complex, cross organisational/geographical business and IT change within the Securities industry.
- Experience of large TA migrations, preferable involving UCITS funds.
- Good communication and networking skills.
- Strong business knowledge of Transfer Agency.
- Good 360 degree communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Practical experience of working on either the 'Buy' or 'Sell' side of the Securities industry.
- Positive 'can do' attitude.
- Extensive experience in the Finance and Banking industry environment (eg, fund administrator, brokerage house, custodian, investment bank etc.) together with project/programme management experience.
- Having knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development is useful but not essential.
