Transfer Agency - Business Analyst - Data Migration

Our client is looking for an experience Data Migration Business Analyst in Transfer Agency to work on a new client migration.

- Input to the development of a migration strategy, including definition of technical migration approach, and approach to historical data and archiving, and proposed migration phases
- Support the definition of the end-state operating model/day in the life process
- Complete data mapping between the Legacy TA system and the TA system, identify data cleansing requirements and enhancements required to the data migration tool
- Complete test planning and test execution for any enhancements to the data migration tools
- Propose a process for data cleansing and co-ordinate the data cleansing process, including identification of resourcing requirements
- Participate in migrations planning sessions with the client
- Input to the completion of a detailed migration plan, covering pre, migration weekend and post migration activities
- Partner with all programme work-streams and the external technology vendor(s) to define a migration schedule, ensuring allowance for end to end testing and parallel run activities
- Partnering with TA BAU Operations, define the approach for parallel run activities, prepare and execute as appropriate

The Ideal candidate will demonstrate Several years experience in Transfer Agency, having
worked on Data migration project before.
