Transfer Agency - Business Analyst

A prestigious Custodial Bank is looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst with Project Manager exposure to join their Transfer Agency operations in Dublin. Successful candidates will work as part of the Transfer Agency Migration Project team.

TRANSFER AGENCY EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL.

FURTHER EXPERIENCE IN FUND ACCOUTING IS AN ADVANTAGE.

SUMMARY:

- Work as part of the Transfer Agency Migration Project team whose primary objective is to migrate clients from our Legacy platform GFAS and its ancillary systems to our strategic platform Multifonds 3.9.
- Represent the transfer agency on client meetings. Manage and execute any actions arising from those meetings ensuring a smooth client transition.
- The position will require some weekend work through-out the life of the project.
- The ideal candidate will have strong transfer agency operational experience with exposure to transfer agency projects, ideally on-boarding or migration type projects with some client facing experience.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for running the migration execution workstream of the project which entails project managing a team that will migrate and reconcile data from Legacy to strategic systems.
- THIS ROLE WILL SUIT AN EXPERIENCE BA WITH SOME PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPOSURE.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- KNOWLEDGE OF TRANSFER AGENCY TA PLATFORM MULTIFONDS. CURRENT VERSION 3.9
- A working knowledge of performance fee equalisation and series of shares
- A working knowledge of traditional mutual funds inclusive off rebates, dividends and payment processes
- STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF FUND ADMINISTRATION WITH PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON THE TRANSFER AGENCY.
- PREVIOUS TRANSITION/PLATFORM MIGRATION EXPERIENCE
- Strong analytical skills
- Can work methodically and on own initiative
- HIGH PROFICIENCY IN EXCEL (ESSENTIAL)
- BASIC SQL KNOWLEDGE (ADVANTAGE)
