Transfer Agency Business Analyst

Transfer Agency Business Analyst urgently required for a leading Luxembourg based Investment Bank. The Transfer Agency Business Analyst must have detailed experience and knowledge of the Transfer Agency business.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE (in order of importance)
Including: technical knowledge, company/industry experience, IT knowledge (levels required), languages etc.
-Detailed experience and knowledge of the Transfer Agency business
-Proven experience in identifying and managing the risks, issues and dependencies related to complex projects.
-Practical experience of working on either the 'Buy' or 'Sell' side of the Securities industry.
-International experience, or experience of dealing with international resources.
-Extensive experience in the Finance and Banking industry environment (eg, fund administrator, brokerage house, custodian, investment bank etc.) together with business analysis experience.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Including: commercial orientation, customer drive, business development, analytical reasoning, management planning, decisiveness, leadership, teamwork, building and managing relationships, communication, drive and resilience, change orientation, technical knowledge etc
-Excellent problem solving skills
-Experienced in applying proven methodologies, standards and tools in the preparation of Business Requirement Definitions, User Acceptance Testing, system conversions and implementations.
-Relationship management and networking skills.
-Excellent 360 degree communication skills and interpersonal skills.
-Positive 'can do' attitude.
-Structured approach to business analysis including promoting and ensuring adherence to the project management framework.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
(Please list any experience/skills that would be considered as desirable although not essential for this role)
- Recognised business analysis qualification would be beneficial eg 6 Sigma
- Knowledge of the FCIS TA platforms
- Knowledge of Trailer fees applications - specifically Quartal
- Knowledge of document imaging applications - AWD, Documentum
- good English and optional French speaker
- SWIFT, NSCC experience an advantage.
