Transactional Support Administrator required for a world leading Oil and Gas Company based in Nailsea to fulfil administration duties and assist in the transactional processes of the company.

Skills and competencies

. Candidates must have previous experience of working in administration

. Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft office programmes

. Previous experience with transacting Purchase Orders

. Previous experience within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment

. Ability to handle busy working environment

Desirable skills and competencies

. Previous experience in the Oil and Gas sector desirable but not mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities

. Working with Buyers to manage the transactional workload for key suppliers

. Phoning through purchase orders

. Chasing deliveries and sorting out invoice queries

. Data entry and keeping necessary Databases updated

. Liaising with Buyers and staff in other departments and with external contacts;
