Transaction Specialist

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a SUPPLY CHAIN TRANSACTION SPECIALIST to join our client in Sacramento, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The Transaction Specialist will support and assist the Materials Planning Program Managers on daily operational Supply Chain tactical activities.
- Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Submit purchasing requisition and follow up to ensure timely approval, expediting purchase orders, tracking settlement process to completion, monitor inbound shipment, create shipping memo for outbound shipments, and help to drive inventory replenishment in specific line items.
- This role also requires manual data entry activities for indicators and tracking report to communicate status to all product teams.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, supply chain, finance or related discipline
- Two to four (2-4) years in at least one or more areas of Purchasing, Sourcing, MRP or Inventory Management.
- Supply Chain operations related skills:
- Procurement experience or Supply Chain System utilization experience is required - ie SAP (including ECC, SRM and ESD), ISM, and Microstrategy.
- Inventory Management and International Logsitics flow experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
