TRANSACTION MANAGER

Opportunity for an experienced Transaction Manager/Analyst to join one of the worlds leading Investment Banks, based in Canary Wharf.

The Transaction Manager will Manage ABS/MBS transactions within issuer services, reporting to the ABS/MBS Transaction Management Team Leader.

- Manage ABS/MBS client transactions through review, negotiation and execution of relevant documentation.
- Liaise with Structured Finance analytics team regarding the building of models to support transactions.
- Attend Deal Review, where applicable.
- Ensure all appropriate approvals are in place prior to deal closure including KYC, deal review, trustee etc.
- Ensure accurate and timely set up and ongoing maintenance of ABS/MBS transactions.
- Create documentation file and chase for outstanding documents/agreements. Ensure Operations receive documents in a timely manner..
- Create, verify and action diary dates in ATIS for future events derived from relevant documentation.
- Open, verify, manage and close as appropriate cash and custody accounts on and offshore.
- Manage fiduciary activities for allocated clients eg review of compliance material, review of material prejudice matters, defaults, restructures, amendments and unwinds.
- Ensure appropriate client/account management coverage including annual reviews.
- Arrange and/or attend Note holder meetings. Collate vote results.
- Check publication requirements within documentation and arrange for such notices to be published in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
- Produce or contribute to, as required, transaction resume/deal specific checklists where required.
- Manage post-signing security arrangements for transactions and ongoing administration.

EXPERIENCE;

- Experience in a similar role involving the review and negotiation of legal documentation.
- Corporate Trust knowledge required
- Solid working knowledge of ABS/MBS transactions.
- Fiduciary legal experience advantageous.
