TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT PARTNER

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transaction Management Partner to join our growing Hays Talent Solutions (HTS) team in our thriving office in Leicester. The Transaction Management Partner is accountable for raising invoices and processing adjustments to transactions in 3SS and One Touch, resolving commercial queries pre- and post-invoice, monitoring and reporting on data quality and timeliness and for reconciliation of data flows between 3SS, OT and PS.

This role will have you responsible for investigating requests for timesheet corrections, and for processing adjustments where necessary as well as ensuring that adjustments are completed accurately and in a timely fashion such that resultant transactions flow through to our messaging engines. You will be collating reason analysis for adjustments and reporting to Process Improvement team on a regular basis and to raise change orders on confirmed placements where necessary, including investigating reasons for rejections of pro-forma invoices by client, and either carry out corrections or manage the process of corrections by others.

You are a motivated self-starter who has the ability to work both independently using your initiative and collaboratively with other colleagues, including a proven demonstrable ability with managing escalations and issue solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and a continuous improvement mind-set. You will have strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills, as well as a strong problem solving skills.
