Projektbeschreibung

To take overall responsibility for the operational running of the Arts Award and Artsmark training programmes. This includes managing booking and payment processes, managing contractual relationships with training agencies and trainers, and managing the team of Co-ordinators, ensuring that correct procedures are followed and an outstanding level of customer service is achieved.

The Training Team Leader works closely with colleagues in other Trinity teams, and in particular with the Arts Programmes academic team who are responsible for designing and maintaining the training packages and training trainers to deliver these courses.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & TASKS

- Manage the operational delivery of the national programme of Arts Award training, which includes offering regular training courses at 3 levels across the country and the opportunity for organisations to book in house training
- Manage the operational delivery of the national programme of Artsmark training, offering regular training courses across the country to members of the Artsmark network
- Manage the contractual relationship with our partner organisations delivering Arts Award and Artsmark training (approx. 70 training agencies and 100 individual trainers)
- Manage a team of Co-ordinators to successfully co-ordinate the above training programmes, including taking responsibility for their recruitment, training, development and performance reviews
- Ensure that co-ordination of individual training courses is carried out effectively. This includes booking trainers, dispatching resources, handling invoicing and payments and dealing with under/over-subscribed courses, late bookings and changes of date/cancellations.
- Ensure good quality public facing information about training options and booking procedures is available via our online platforms, including downloadable resources
- Actively engage with development of new IT systems, including identifying opportunities for improvement, testing, training others and managing change within the team
- Take responsibility for the Arts Award centre registration process and the Artsmark membership registration process
