We are now seeking a Training Team Leader to take responsibility for the operational running of the Arts Award and Artsmark training programmes, working closely with our partner organisations to provide regular training courses across the UK. This will include managing the team of training co-ordinators and ensuring correct procedures are followed and an outstanding level of customer service is achieved.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Line management of a team of training co-ordinators
- Managing the operational delivery of the national programmes of Arts Award and Artsmark training
- Managing the contractual relationship with our partner organisations delivering Arts Award and Artsmark training (c70 training agencies and 100 individual trainers)
- Ensuring high quality public facing information about training options and booking procedures is available via our online platforms, including downloadable resources

With an interest in the arts and education the successful candidate will have strong line management and excellent communication skills.  An understanding of, and commitment to, delivering outstanding customer service is essential for this role as is the ability to communicate clearly in writing and with resources to support operational process. You must also be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills including experience of working with databases.
