My client, an international defence and security company, is looking to add a training support IT tools manager to their already successful Middle East head office in Riyadh.

In this role you will be responsible for all training IT tools design, development, and implementation of training IT applications by the training IT tools team.

You will also give support to the design, development and implementation of a learning management system by the customer.

Requirements:

Degree in Administration, Education or Economics
Relevant experience in design, training administration and training management
Advanced MS Office Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
LMS and/or TMS experience
Fluent written and verbal English skills

The role:

Manage training support IT personnel's
Engage & manage internal and external stake-holders
Manage the handover of operations and maintenance of the IT applications to the customer
Manage the risk and issues associated with the design, develop, deliver and implement each of the IT applications
