My client, an international defence and security company, is looking to add a training support IT solutions analyst to their already successful Middle East head office in Riyadh.

As a training support IT solutions analyst you will be responsible for providing functional expertise to support the configuration and implementation of the Oracle Learning Management System (LMS), the Oracle Content Management System (CMS), the Oracle Training Management System (TMS) and other training tools including the Assessment Tool (AT).

You will work together with the customer to define customer training management processes and the functional and non-functional requirements for each of the training IT solutions.

Requirements:

Degree in Administration, Education or Economics.
Relevant experience in process analysis and design, training administration and training management.
Advanced MS Office Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
LMS and/or TMS experience.
Fluent written and verbal English skills.

The role:

Plan and conduct customer training workshops and solutions.
Define and document requirements for LMS, TMS and AT together with the customer.
Design, develop and document the AT customer acceptance test.
Involvement in analysis, design and testing of functional improvements to the systems.
