Training Specialist Job

TRAINING SPECIALIST (ELEARNING, ARTICULATE STORYLINE) is needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in PORTLAND, OR

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Partnering with the Lead Instructional Designer and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the Training Specialist will support the design and development of several new eLearning modules

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Design/develop or update existing eLearning modules from Captivate to Articulate Storyline (already in progress)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Five (5+) years with adult training/learning and instructional training
- Instructional Design (not required but should be able to interface with Instructional Designers)
- Able to adapt for fast-pace and changing environments
- Proficient Articulate Storyline
- Proficient with MS Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Able to communicate and articulate point-of-view effectively between cross-functional teams
- BS/BA with two to three (2-3) years in training or instructional role
