Training Specialist Job

TRAINING SPECIALIST is needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in PORTLAND, OR

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

-  Design and develop OR Customize training programs

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

-  Using techniques from PROSCI or widely used training, instructional, and learning styles: a) "train-the-trainer approach b) "train-the-user" approach

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

-  Two to three (2-3) years in training, eLearning, instructional role
-  Able to adapt to fast-pace and changing environments
-  Able to communicate and articulate point-of-view effectively between cross-functional teams and end-users
-  BS/BA/Certification in training or instructional related degree

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

-  Salary is expected at or around $42/hr. W2, but open to discuss with desired expertise
