Our exclusive Credit/Financial Services client is seeking a Training Specialist to work within the Credit Services team for an initial 6 month period based in Nottingham.

You will be responsible for the development, set up and roll out of a training syllabus, specifically designed for the FCA Programme. You will generate the complete framework, all the while liaising with Senior Stakeholders to ensure content is appropriate and within brand.

All course documentation, workshop coordination and analysis will fall under your ownership.

Key Responsibilities
*Directing, organising and controlling training programme activities
*Managing the overall direction of needs analysis and processes that support analysis
*Generating the (Credit Services) CS Training and Competency Framework
*Developing and maintaining the project training schedule, issuance of training certificates and tracking individual performance
*Issuing bi-weekly training reports and statistics
*Organising and developing training procedure manuals, guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials
*Assessing training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, and/or consultation with managers, instructors or customer representatives
*Presenting information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role plays, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures
*Stakeholder management at all levels; effectively and accurately communicating relevant project information
*Scheduling classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment, and instructors

Skills & Attributes
Essential:
*Previous experience of working within a Training role
*Experience of working within a Financial background
*Strong, assertive nature
*Results orientated and delivery focussed
*Competent facilitator
*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
*Strong organisational and administrative skills
*Flexible and adaptable with an ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines in a highly pressured environment
*Stakeholder management, both within the business and external suppliers and facilitators
*Attention to detail
*Ability to adapt to different working styles when supporting trainers/consultants and the business
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
*Excellent customer service skills
