Training Specialist - ERP Implementation - Must be Available Immediate

We are seeking a highly effective and enthusiastic ERP Training specialist to work in busy and vibrant training team to develop course collateral and deliver training for global change programme/Implementation (Finance/Client Accounting) processes within our client.

You must have excellent communication skills and be highly skilled with regards to supporting the full training life cycle and developing bespoke systems/training collateral/curriculum design and courseware/QRG's etc. to support end users. You will have the ability to impart knowledge in an engaging way.

Working closely with project team leads, training lead and key stakeholders to ensure training and event objectives are met and that business/system changes are clearly communicated to the business. Training must be interactive, engaging and energetic delegates are encouraged to use the new system and what new processes will be to support this.

You must have a NATURAL ENTHUSIASM to motivate, impart knowledge and support new system adopters, encouraging questions whilst they transition across. Training should demonstrate the products ability to improve proficiencies and processes across the business whilst selling the benefits of the new system.
