Currently we are looking for a Training specialist/consultant for one of our high tech clients in the Eindhoven area.

Introduction
The sector Operations is responsible for the production of wafer steppers and scanners as well as for purchasing and logistics. The complete production process of the most advanced machines takes place within this sector.

Job Mission
Set the standard, implement and continuously improve (technical) industrial engineering processes, production means and methods within Manufacturing (EUV Factory).

Job Description
Setup, implement, standardize, monitor, support and continuously improve skill and learning processes to enable the primary process of Manufacturing (EUV Factory). Your main responsibilities for this position are: - Monitor Manufacturing execution, based on KPI's and align with Twinscan Factory and give improvement advise - Contribute to wide discussion on certifications and competence development - Including organizational change aspects (eg mindset and behavior) - Advise in setting up the mission (vision)/strategy - Control development of curriculum for all direct employees in EUV Factory - Responsible for correct master data in the Learning Management System The emphasis of the function will be on the first two of the above aspects.

Education
BSc, MSc (eg engineering, beta-teacher, pedagogics), affinity with technology.

Experience
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in similar position or as teacher (beta-area). Experience with learning management system (Saba) is a pre. Preferred experience area's: - Industrial engineering - Project management - Learning Management Systems - Consultancy Required competences: 1. Commitment 2. Flexibility 3. Communication skills on all levels In order to monitor Manufacturing execution and report to all stakeholders, the candidate must possess good Excel skills.

Personal skills
Goal-oriented, consultancy skills, influence without power, assertive, immune to stress, change management, freedom of thinking (creativity, out-of-the-box), pragmatic, organization/political sensitive, initiative. Good knowledge of English and Dutch language.

Context of the position
The project lead skills management reports to the Group Lead TF Production Support Training. Direct interface with colleagues supporting Twinscan Factory, stakeholders (line management and engineering) EUV Factory. Interfaces with CS Training department.
