F35 - Training Specialist Aircraft Systems

Job Description
The role will support my clients Training Design Integration Lead and UK/EU Requirements Manager in the development and management of F-35 training products and toolsets and ensuring that training is developed and implemented in line with F-35 program and UK/EU specific requirements.

Additional Information
Support the F-35 UK Training Design Integration Lead in the Instructional System Development of all UK unique F-35 training requirements, ensuring delivery of all products to the customer in line with agreed schedule.

* Support the continued development of the F-35 UK Instructional Systems Development (ISD) toolset.
* Perform administration of UK ISD database IAW local procedures.
* Perform update of ISD database data elements with SME inputs.
* Ensure configuration control between UK and US databases.

Support the UK/EU Requirements Manager in the development of my clients F-35 Courseware including:
* Act as Technical POC between the F-35 team members in support of day to day Courseware activities.
* Coordinate my clients Design Authority reviews of Courseware with relevant Engineering IPT's.
* Host my clients/NGC Technical Integration Meetings (TIMs) as required

Support Training Design integration Lead and UK/EU Requirements Manager with activities in the following areas:
* Support to UK MoD, Lightning II PT.
* F-35 IPTs including but not limited to; Courseware, Integrated Training Centre (ITC), Training Devices, Training Infrastructure System (TIS),Weapons Integration, R&M and OMS both in the UK and US

Participate in internal and external product reviews and audits, as part of the F-35 ISD Quality Control (QC) process.

Participate in internal and external product reviews and audits, as part of the F-35 CW Quality Control (QC) process.

Technical support to F-35 Training bids as required.

Responsibilities
* Good working knowledge and experience of MS Access.
* Qualification in an engineering discipline, preferably to HNC (or equivalent experience).
* Experience of working in a Customer Training function in a range of analysis and development activities.
* A good understanding of the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) model with TNA and DIF analysis experience being essential.
* Good working knowledge of UK regulatory framework specifically MAOS PT 145/147.
* Experience of requirements capture, DAREOs, plans and processes.
* Ai Aircraft systems experience would be advantageous.
* Knowledge of SCORM2004 © Courseware development would be an advantage
