Training Specialist

As a Training Specialist you will be working closely with business representatives, BAs and development teams to fully understand and implement new business processes including online transactions. The major focus of the role is to ensure any changes to business process and people's roles are fully understood, documented and trained.

The candidate will need a strong background in business process change and training activities. The ability to use MadCap Flair and Captivate will be highly regarded.Your responsibilities

- Develops, maintains and implements a Training Plan and schedule consistent with internal and external resources including support analysts, key stakeholders and business users.
- Assists in the change process by in identifying impacts to employees and their associated business processes due to technical design and outcomes.
- Liaises closely with the Project Sponsor, project office and Corporate Communications to develop and deliver appropriate change strategies, training channels and tactics.
- Advises and provides direction to assist with the coordination of operational staff involved in training activities.
- Implements and configures training tools and develops and delivers training to end-users
- Responsible for identifying user roles involved in any new or amended business processes, and advises strategies, in conjunction with Change and Benefits Manager, to prepare and transition, individuals currently occupying these roles.
- Responsible for coordinating all training requirements for all implementations

YOUR SKILLS

- Demonstrated skill and recent experience in training course development and instructional design for complex information systems, including online learning.
- Delivery of high quality training with ability to identify areas/individuals needing additional assistance.
- Demonstrated ability to work with customers to identify change impacts for staff and customers and develop strategies to enable the change.
- Demonstrated skill and recent experience in the use of authoring tools, such as Captivate, to create and maintain application simulations.
