I am hiring for TRAINER positions, based in Dublin CC. You will ideally be coming from an IT Training background, but really, if you have strong corporate training experience, across other disciplines, you will absolutely be considered as you will be given the support to assimilate.
This is an excellent opportunity to add well known Financial Service/Banking clients to your resume. This contract is likely to extend up to 2 years.
You will be predominately focused on training for work management, in a call centre environment, for a large Bank. The system/tools include "Direct Channel" AND "Sales Blend" but this will be fully covered during the train the trainer days (fully paid).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend Train the Trainer sessions to familiarize with processes and systems requiring end user training
- Liaising with subject matter experts and solution delivery teams to understand the training requirements
- Deliver high quality training to trainees of different skill sets
- Providing on-going training delivery status to the Training Manager
- Raising risks and issues as appropriate to the Training Manager
- Recording attendance of trainees at training courses
- Liaising with Facilities and teams to ensure training classrooms are prepared.
- Other system training and support related duties may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a trainer
- Ability to work as part of a team to ensure successful training delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey messages in a clear and efficient manner
- Flexible with regards working in a changing environment and the ability to adjust to new work structures, processes, and requirements as necessary
As things stand we have vacancies for up to 10 trainers.
Other vacancies include Digital Marketing Trainers, VMWare Trainers and AWS Trainers.
