Projektbeschreibung

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of HR Leadership Development Training program. In addition, the selected candidate will partner with the Manager, HR Projects to determine strategy and future direction of the program. Participates in, and conducts company training programs. Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development. May be involved in initial plan design and existing plan enhancements. Facilitate a variety of leadership development workshops: 2-3 workshops per month;

Topics include: Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Problem Solving, Situational Leadership.

Design new workshops: 2-3 new workshops planned for 2014; Work with others to coordinate with other company initiatives.

Program support: Design tools and processes

SKILLS:

Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage audiences varying in leadership level (Front Line Supervisor through Director) and business area (field, engineers, business services). We are seeking a consultant with a combination of facilitation and design skills with the ability to also focus on administration and training coordination. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 7+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
