Training Specialist

Provide valuable end-to-end user support for the Source-To-Pay (STP) applications and end users.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Create template for training documentation
- Maintain training documentation in SharePoint site
- Build Dashboard for Procure-to-Pay (PTP) metrics
- Identify gaps or areas that can potentially be improved upon in the PTP process
- Assist stakeholders and key users in change management by providing training, knowledge, and support.
- Actively participate in cross-functional project team and provide technical and business process expertise.
- Ensure all processes and policies are adhered to.
- Manage the current STP support channels for all stakeholders including monitoring service levels, providing follow-up, and establishing frequent communications

SKILLS:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Creating training documentation
- Creating templates with version control
- Providing and executing training
- Continual on the job training for relevant team stakeholders
- SAP knowledge (Create reports on various applications based on SAP ECC 6.0 and 4.7)
- 2+years of relevant experience including Procure-to-Pay, process re-engineering or operations work
- Ability to work on cross-functional activities and form solid business relationships within and across
- Experience in and create of Dashboard is required: PTP Metrics, KPIs, and SLAs

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Self-driven, Problem solver, Customer service, Systems savvy
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple activities at one time for self and team. Easily adapt to shifting priorities while making steady progress on key projects
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office tools, Visio and MS Project
- AP or other ERP systems experience
- Experience working with outsourced operations
- Broad experience in procurement and/or business operations on a regional or global basis, and must have a passion for driving Operational Excellence and outstanding Customer Service.
- Develop collaborative relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access).
- Customer and service oriented thinking, strong business and technical judgment, strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills, numeracy and financial awareness
- Must have SAP, SRM, ERM and MRO experience.

EDUCATION

- BS/BA degree in a relevant field
