Projektbeschreibung

Working within a multi national software company the Training & Readiness Manager is responsible for the successful end-to-end training project management of specific training projects supporting Commercial Operations. This includes the liaison with key senior stakeholders, planning and scheduling of training activities, the development of blended learning for deployment in classroom or online sessions, co-ordination of the delivery of training courses, conducting evaluation & closeout. The Training & Readiness Manager will also act as internal Training Consultant to other departments, advising on training best practice.

Required experience:
*3-5 years in the Planning, Co-ordination and Delivery of Training
*Knowledge of Instructional Design Principles
*Extensive Training Delivery experience in Systems/Tools and Programs/Process-related Training
*Working knowledge of Project Management methodologies
*Trainer Qualification
*Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Good understanding of Microsoft Excel. Basic Microsoft Access skills.
*Experience of working as part of a project team
*Additional language skills would be an advantage
