Training Practitioner - Service Centre

TRAINING PRACTITIONER

PTS is working on behalf of a leading global client who is seeking to hire a training practitioner for their growing Service Centre. This is an exciting opportunity with a 6 month contract based within Derbyshire. The training practitioner will be responsible for identifying training and development needs through Job Analysis, appraisal schemes and consistent consultation with the management team.

KEY DUTIES:

- The successful candidate will design, expand and update training and development programs in line with the processes of the company and individual needs
- You will be involved in the creation and delivery of E-learning packages
- Required to develop an outstanding induction programme
- You will be conducting one to one meetings for individuals
- Developing individual learning plans
- Creating and producing training material
- Managing the delivery of training and development programmes and contributing towards the training strategy.
- Monitoring and reviewing the progression of staff through the use of different materials
- You will be required to ensure that statutory training requirements are met

Successful candidate will preferably gained 12 months experience in training in a service centre environment. You will ideally have a TPMA certification or an equivalent qualification. The candidate will have the ability to follow processes and procedures. Candidates will have strong attention to detail, ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, strong MS Office skills, ability to meet deadlines.
