TRAINING PORTFOLIO MANAGER - SWINDON - 6 MONTH CONTRACT UP TO £400 A DAY

This large financial organisation is actively seeking a Training Portfolio Manager for a 6 month contract. With multiple branches all over the UK they are the market leaders within their sector; however this role is based at their head quarters in Swindon.

To manage a portfolio of training activities for on-going and specific corporate and business projects and programmes.

You will be responsible for the Matrix management of a team of training professionals; leading the training for a portfolio of specific corporate and business projects and programmes through effective cost, quality, time, people management, documentation

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE:- - Leadership, management and coaching skills
- Commerciality
- Diagnostic and Business consultancy skills
- Relationship management experience
