Human Factors - Training Needs Analysis

£40.00 per hour Ltd/Umbrella

Working for an established organisation, the ideal candidate will be required to join as a Senior Human Factors 'Training Needs' Analyst. You will primarily be responsible for Scoping Studies; Hierarchical Task Analysis; Identification of Roles; Training Gap Analysis; DIF Analysis; KSA Analysis; Fidelity Analysis; Training Options Analysis and provide conclusions and recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a degree, or equivalent experience in Human Factors related discipline. You will have previous experience in conduct Training Needs Analysis or be a Practitioner. Experience in other areas of Human Factors, including human machine interface/human computer interface design, workspace/workplace design, manpower development and human reliability analysis would be desirable.
