THE JOB:

Principal Engineer Human Factors - Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our successful Naval Client.
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for conducting the Training Needs Analysis activities for Future Submarines.

As a Principal Engineer Human Factors - Training Needs Analyst, your main responsibilities will involve:

The conducting of all elements of TNA notably including:
Scoping Studies; Hierarchical Task Analysis; Identification of Roles; Training Gap Analysis; DIF Analysis; KSA Analysis; Fidelity Analysis; Training Options Analysis and the sound and reasoned drawing up of conclusions and recommendations.

Experience in other areas of human factors, including human machine interface/human computer interface design, workspace/workplace design, manpower development and human reliability analysis may also be advantageous.

As a Principal Engineer Human Factors - Training Needs Analyst, your main skills and qualifications will include the following:

Degree, or equivalent in human factors related discipline

Experience in the conduct of Training Needs Analysis

It would be advantageous to have team leadership qualities.
