Training Manager - SAP FI/CO Programme

An experienced Training Manager is required to play a key role within the business change function of this global client based in Central London who is in the midst of a Greenfield SAP FI/CO implementation and transformation programme. The incumbent will be responsible for enhancing the training strategy for the programme, ensuring all trainers and end users receive appropriate training and relevant training materials. The individual will work closely with the Business Change Lead to conduct impact assessments and carry out a training needs analysis. They will then work closely with the appropriate programme team to create the necessary training material and finalise the training modules required.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the creation and delivery of training courses for SAP FI/CO deployments, coupled with a good understanding of the FI/CO functionality. Furthermore, the post holder will have the ability to shape and lead development of training strategy and have conducted training need analysis previously. Excellent stakeholder management and organisation skills will be required to manage the logistics to deliver training. Prior experience of working within a Financial Services client would be beneficial.
