Training Manager: Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, Lync

My client, a world renowned global organisation is seeking a Training Manager to work within the Center of Excellence based in Prague. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Lync and Windows 7 and 8.1.

The Trainer shall be responsible for the following:

o Align and define training requirements with the different stakeholders.
o Creation of different types of training items, eg Training manuals, quick reference guides, quick help documents, frequently asked questions, posters.
o Updates to existing training items already created.
o Work with quality managers to ensure training items are aligned with quality documentation.
o Support pilot of training items and implement feedback provided.
o Manage, upload and create content in SharePoint 2010 and 2013.
o Creation of story-boards for E-learning courses.
o Creation of new E-learning courses in TT Knowledge Force 9.0.0.37 and Articulate v6 Pro
o Knowledge of learning management systems eg Saba
