Training Manager is required to create and implement a training strategy for the implementation of Guidewire.
The Training manager will be responsible for designing and developing a re-usable training curriculum for bespoke Insurance Systems, as well as delivering the training
KEY SKILLS:-
- Proven Track record designing and developing highly articulate user-focused blended training curriculum within the Insurance industry
- Proven track record delivering training to a variety of users on bespoke IT applications, particularly within the Insurance industry
- Proven experience in delivering learning solutions in support of transformation projects and ideally will be trained and practice recognised Learning methodologies.
- You must have demonstrable experience with Instructional Design, Content Management & training delivery
- Ideally you will have experience with a variety of E-learning tools (eg. Camtasia, Articulate, Lectora)
- Track record using materials such as E-learning, classroom content, distance learning materials and step-by-step documentation
- Experience with Insurance Systems
- Experience with Guidewire is desirable, but not essential
