I have an urgent requirement for a Training Manager for a leading financial services client based in Glasgow.

The Training Manager is responsible for identifying, planning, preparing and delivering any training required to colleagues.

- Conduct training needs analysis.
- Manage overall colleague training plan
- Prepare appropriate training materials in line with existing guidelines and principles.
- Work with the Implementation Manager, Project manager and business stakeholders to identify impacted colleagues and assess training needs as appropriate.
- Produce status updates to the Implementation Manager and business stakeholders
- Work with the communications manager to form the picture of the Colleague journey.
- Issue updates on completion of key training milestones

Rate: up to 380 per day

Start: Feb 2013

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Glasgow
