TRAINING MANAGER/CURRICULUM MANAGER

Our Global FMCG client are currently recruiting for a Training Manager/Curriculum Manager on a contract basis for six months specifically tailored to HR system training (Workday or Cornerstone)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the development of training strategy
- Complete a training needs analysis
- Develop demos, training material for train the trainer and E-learning curriculum for end users.
- Manage the sign- off process of training material with the relevant teams
- Work closely with Workday teams to prepare training data
- Support other global sites with materials for non-English speakers
- Track both functional and technical changes which impact the training and update material accordingly.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Prior experience within training as part of a HR System implementation ideally with either Workday or Cornerstone.
- Abilitiy to plan training, design and deliver
- Tailor material accordingly to a variety of audiences globally
- Delivery of digital blended learning materials
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders
- Experience of working within a Global or virtual environment
- Experience of working with multiple programmes and stakeholders
