Banking client in Manchester require a Training Manager to join on a contract until the end of the year. This role is paying £550/day. The hiring manager would like to see experience in the financial services industry (ideally within large call centres and within collections). Candidates who wish to be considered for this role must have managed multiple streams and requests for training at the same time (planning is key). This should cover needs analysis through to delivery across different delivery methods. You must also have experience of managing a team of training analysts.
Key Skills/Experience Required
-Knowledge of collections is essential
-Knowledge of conducting training needs analysis and proposals
-Good working knowledge of call centre operations
-Working knowledge of the requirements of regulated training
-Knowledge of Equality and Diversity policies
-Knowledge of best practices in staff training and development delivery methodologies, including understanding of learning styles
-Good knowledge of financial services, including acquiring and issuing products and processes (where appropriate)
-Evaluation of training solutions that are measured at an individual and organisation level
-Experience of leading and managing a team of training analysts
