Curriculum Manager/Training Manager

Our global client are currently recruiting for the above role on a contract basis for 6 months to join an existing team. This role can be based in the North West or the South

The role will involve the following;

- Working closely with local teams and global teams and managing 3rd part relationships
- Developing a professional skills curriculum
- Conduct gap analysis on skills and learning needs across the business
- Identify specific learning needs
- Management of service providers
- Continue to develop a bite size learning programme own the management and further development of this.
- Develop a new suite of instructor training programmes.
- Integrate Social learning by identifying new ways of learning.
- Delivery of professional skills, material and initiatives
- Actively share best learning practices

Experience Required;

- Background of learning, development or training
- CIPD qualification would be beneficial
- Experience of working with remote or global teams
- Line management experience would be beneficial
- Experience of delivering training material
- Stakeholder Engagement experience
