Training Manager

We are working with a highly sought Federal Government organisation to source a Training Manager - you will be managing the development and delivery of Training.

This is an initial contract until 30 October 2014 plus several extension options.

DUTIES:

- Manage training and the associated logistics based on an established training strategy.
- Manage and liaise with the project's training services provider, client stakeholders and technical stakeholders.
- Report to project and client management.
- Design and implement effective solutions for training completion and attendance, evaluating success of training program, measuring participant reactions to training and measuring business impact
- Transition training from the project to business as usual

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Training-specific qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex training projects.
- Demonstrated experience evaluating training.
- Effective and influential personal communication skills.

Due to the nature of this organisation, you must be an Australian citizen with a current NV1 security clearance.
