The successful candidate will work alongside the training leads to develop comprehensive training materials and exercises as well as system stimulations for those users impacted by the Financial Transformation Program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in process design workshops to capture the end to end processes and document comprehensive procedure-operations manuals.
- Reviews and validates storyboards with SMEs
- Liaises with SMEs for training content input
- Story board Building for training purposes
Knowledge
- Strong Microsoft skills
- Finance Knowledge
- Training and performance support design
- Skills in Oracle UPK Tool or similar
- Captures and editing simulation
