Training Manager

My client is looking for a hands on Training Manager who is comfortable in a technology based environment and with previous experience of working on a global programme. This particular candidate she be capable in a pressured and fast paced working environment from day one and will have previously managed the full training life cycle.

They should have previous experience of
- Working with stakeholders to understand training requirements and be able adapt training when required to meet challenges.
- Delivering classroom based training
- Working across multiple projects and geographies.
- Pega systems and MS Office (Word and PowerPoint)
- Elearning

Finally, they should possess a strong and up to date understanding of the Global markets and banking products.
