Training Manager

Leading Global Solutions Provider requires an experienced Training Manager to help establish a new organisation in Ireland. Based in Dublin, this role will be helping lead, coach and manage a team of 8 develop and deliver training content across a wide range of Oracle functions including: Customer Care & Billing, Field Operations, Asset Management and Back Office (HR, Finance, Procurement, facilities etc).

Responsibilities include:
Helping define training strategy/Developing training needs analysis/Developing training curriculum/Delivering train the trainer/Coaching and mentoring individuals in the development of training content.

Experience required:
Experience managing and delivering training on large IT transformation programmes/Experience working with Oracle CC&B, Oracle Back Office products, Maximo/Syclo or Click/Experience working in one or more of the following: customer care and billing, field operations, asset management and Back Office (HR, finance, procurement, facilities etc). Utilities or water industry experience would be desirable.
