Training Lead - Customer Operations

My client a leading energy provider in the UK currently has an opportunity for a Training Lead Consultant. The person required will be responsible for defining, owning and delivering the training scope, approach and plan for training key go-live milestones within the Customer Operations audience.

As the Training Lead you will be responsible for liaising with senior stakeholders to define the overall training strategy which will be delivered between 50 and c.1,000 users across the business. You will also provide continuous development of the strategy in line with organisation design and continuously develop and deliver a training needs analysis/plan across the releases within the workstream.

The Person required should have demonstrable experience of defining training strategies within complex organisations ideally from a new systems implementation perspective. As the main point of contact you should have past experience of presenting and providing plans to senior stakeholders. Ideally you will have gained this experience from other large consumer/customer related projects programmes.
