IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Ensure the training strategy is executed as defined
-Manage time, budget and resources during training development
-Ensure communication between all parties during training development
-Work together with Instructional Designer and vendors to coordinates training material review cycles
-Setup and test in CHRIS LSO
-Ensure the organisation (invitation) of the Train-the-Trainer / Data Admin session (if applicable)
-Ensure appropriate end-user feedback forms are implemented in training deliverables
-Ensure communication between all parties during training development
-Ensure the Role Mapping spreadsheet is maintained
-Prepare and present weekly training report to OCM Team as needed

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Strong experience in general project management in the IT area
-Experience in project management in context of trainings (previous experience managing major training development initiatives)
-Years of working experience at pharma client
-Fluent in English
