We are currently looking for a Trainer who has experience in Contact Centre Operations to join our Practice Pool and work onsite for our Client, a highly recognised brand, to prepare and execute key training deliverables in contact centre environment

Key Skills:

- Training preparation and execution in contact centre environment,
- Experience of SSP Select (ideally)
- Stakeholder Management
- Ability to produce training deliverables
- Specialist Business Knowledge (experience in Contact Centre environment)
- Leadership

The successful candidate will be:

- Producing and managing a training project plan
- Analysing Impact Assessment Matrix Book trainers and training rooms
- Documenting and request training environment requirements - both technical and training room resources
- Developing training modules and Scripts summary (incl requirement by business area)
- Setting up training resource library
- Train the trainers, in conjunction with SSP
- Implementing training MI - attendance tracker, daily & weekly reporting during training execution
- Developing training schedules, communication plans and accreditation/assessment strategy and implementation
- Liaising with SSP to ensure the most effective and efficient training programme is developed and implemented
- Managing a team of trainers/developers during training rollout

The successful candidate will become an Employed Consultant of Hyphen as a Permanent Employee and will work onsite for our Client.
